Seasoned sophomore, All-American goalie, Emma Bennett, will be transferring as a Jersey Blue to become a Georgian Court University Lion for the 2023 Fall season.

Bennett played in not two, but three seasons for Brookdale since Covid-19 altered eligibility. In 34 games, Bennett posted 449 saves, and was only scored upon 59 times. Her Brookdale career accolades speak for themselves as she was, First Team All-American, National All-Tournament Team, First Team All-Region, First Team All-GSAC, GSAC Goalie of the Week, GSAC All-Academic Team, NJAIAW Female Athlete of the Year, and Student Athlete of the Month. In addition, Bennett is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), as well as Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Georgian Court University is a four-year institution located in Lakewood, NJ. The Lions compete in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports.
