Two Jersey Blues men’s soccer players earned top honors on the 2021 spring season All-Region XIX Team. Sophomore goalkeeper, Bryan Viegas, and freshman forward, Ryan Gannon, both made second team.

Viegas, a Long Branch native, had a strong presence in all seven games with his 60 saves. Ryan Gannon (Neptune High School) started in all seven games with his on-point defensive skills as well as his, timely and powerful four goals.

I would like to thank my teammates and coaches for helping me get better at the game of soccer,” said Bryan Viegas, “I would have not received this honor without their support and advice they give me every day. This honor is just as much for them as it is for me. Also, would like to thank my mom, dad, sister and friends for pushing me to do my best in every aspect of life.”
