President Dr. David M. Stout is being honored with the Community Servant Award by the Vin Gopal Civic Association at the Annual Awards Reception on May 16, 2024 at The Vogel at Count Basie for The Arts, 99 Monmouth Avenue, NJ. Dr. Stout will join other esteemed community advocates including Asbury Park Mayor John Moor, and Council, and Robert C. Garrett, CEO of Hackensack Meridian Health.
The Community Servant Award is in recognition of Dr. Stout’s exceptional dedication to serving his community, embodying the values of compassion, leadership, and commitment to positive change.
Brookdale Community College acknowledges the invaluable contributions of the Vin Gopal Civic Association (VGCA) in fostering positive change and addressing the challenges faced by communities in Central Jersey. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the VGCA is committed to supporting individuals and groups affected by the region’s unique high cost of living, striving to ensure economic independence and prosperity for all.
