Obtaining your Card

Students may obtain their Brookdale OneCard from one of the OneCard production offices located in the CAR Bldg., Room 222, on the Lincroft campus or at the Self-Check-In Kiosk on the Freehold Campus. A valid photo ID such as driver’s license or passport is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard. You may also have an ID card photo taken at any of the Regional Locations, Hazlet, Long Branch, Neptune and Wall in the Student Success Center.  Your photo will be e-mailed to the ID card office, and your card will be sent via inter-office mail to the Student Success Center where your photo was taken.

Early Bird Students

Students participating in the Early Bird Program will have their photo taken during Orientation. Their Brookdale OneCard ID will be mailed to their home address on file. A valid photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard.

New Student Orientation

All students attending New Student Orientation will have the opportunity to get their Brookdale OneCard during Orientation. A valid photo ID such as driver’s license or passport as well as proof of current Brookdale registration is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard.

Continuing, Returning, and Visiting Students

Continuing, returning, or visiting students, enrolled in the current semester for one or more courses, may obtain their Brookdale OneCard from one of the Brookdale OneCard production offices located in the CAR Bldg., Room 222, on the Lincroft campus or at the Self-Check-In Kiosk on the Freehold Campus. A valid photo ID such as driver’s license or passport as well as proof of current Brookdale registration is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard.

Fast Start, Dual Enrollment, and Early College High School Students

Fast Start, Dual Enrollment, and Early College High School Students enrolled in the current semester for one or more courses, may obtain their Brookdale OneCard from one of the Brookdale OneCard production offices located in the CAR Bldg., Room 222, on the Lincroft campus or at the Self-Check-In Kiosk on the Freehold Campus.  A valid photo ID such as driver’s license, passport or an official High School identification card as well as proof of current Brookdale registration is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard.

Distance Education

Distance Education students enrolled in the current semester for one or more courses, may obtain their Brookdale OneCard from the Brookdale OneCard production offices located in the CAR Bldg., Room 222, on the Lincroft campus or at the Self-Check-In Kiosk on the Freehold Campus. A valid photo ID such as driver’s license or passport as well as proof of current Brookdale registration is required to receive a Brookdale OneCard. Distance Education Students who reside outside of the state of New Jersey will be assigned an identification number that will be sent to them. This number will be used to access Brookdale Bankier Library resources.
