ALERT! PASSWORD EXPIRATION – TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2024

IMPORTANT: Carefully review the updated instructions below. The process for changing and managing your Brookdale NetID password has been updated.

You may be prompted to provide additional information to enroll in the Brookdale NetID Password Self-Service Password Management (SSPR) when you log into any common sign-on applications using the MyBrookdale link. Complete the “More information required” step to enroll and manage your password without assistance from the Helpdesk. See detailed instructions here

You MUST change your password on or before Tuesday, October 8, 2024, to ensure uninterrupted access to your Brookdale Email, Office 365, Brookdale Experience, Canvas, Self-Service, and other common sign-on applications and resources.

You will have two weeks to change your NetID password. You may change your NetID password anytime from Monday, September 23, 2024, through Tuesday, October 8, 2024. If you do not change your password between these dates, your password will automatically expire and need to be changed on or after Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
