The Jersey Blues welcome Brad Fraley as their new men’s soccer head coach, who will drive the 2021 season.
Fraley, a former assistant coach and player for the Jersey Blues was officially hired in August of 2021 and will be the new charge of the men’s soccer program. As a player, Fraley was a starter on the 2002 national finalist team as a team captain. He has been a part of the program for 15 years, and he has helped Brookdale appear in three national tournaments while producing multiple All-Americans and first-team All-Region players. In addition, Fraley has been a part of every national tournament appearance by Brookdale.
Fraley is also the Jackson Lions’ head coach who play in the Northeast Elite Soccer League (NESL) and Garden State Soccer League. He ushered the Lions to the 2018 United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) Region One Werner Fricker finals. In 2019 he won the State Cup with the Jackson Lions. That same year, Fraley was the head coach of Atlantic City Football Club in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) and guided them to the Keystone conference title and a U.S. Open Cup birth. As a player, Fraley won the 2020 State Cup for the Jackson Lions O30 team. This past summer, Fraley also steered the U23 Lions team to the 2021 USASA Region One final.
Coaching in the Middletown soccer club for the past 15 years, he and has led several teams in the Monmouth Ocean Soccer Association (MOSA) and Elite Development Program (EDP). Coach Farley is looking forward to getting the Jersey Blues back to being regional and national contenders.
