Mental Health First Aid Certification Course

Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. The training teaches skills you can use to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use challenge or experiencing a crisis.

*30-minute lunch break

*Two-hour pre-work required
