Join professional guitarist and instructor. Pat Barton for an extension of his sold-out class first offered earlier in 2024. Any advanced beginner can benefit from this class exploring the use of the pentatonic scale when jamming with others. The ideal student would be a guitarist who attended the initial class or anyone with a solid working knowledge of the E minor/G major pentatonic scale in first (“open”) position and the ability to switch between the following chords in any combination: A, Am, A7, B7, C, D, Dm, D7, E, Em, E7, G. Each of the four sessions is ninety minutes long and involves extensive interaction with other students. This course is not for the novice.
