Jeanette Sealy, LMT, C-IAYT, is a Yoga therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and somatic healer with 27+ years of experience. A certified Ayurvedic postpartum doula and Safe and Sound Protocol provider, she specializes in trauma-informed care for caregivers, healthcare workers, and those on healing journeys. Jeanette blends ancient wisdom with modern science, guiding students toward transformation and well-being.
