Our Mission

The Center for Adult Transition is committed to offering young adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities the support, programming, and resources needed to facilitate meaningful and successful transitions from secondary school to adulthood. Programming provides pathways to more independent living, career fulfillment, and continuing education.

New Facility

Our new facility is now open.

Creating a space specifically designed to serve the needs of young adults with differing abilities has been an exciting and worthwhile journey! Our new home is equipped with a brand-new kitchen/café, a hydroponic system, high tech classroom/training stations, outdoor garden center, and a student lounge.
