Lambda Epsilon is the Brookdale Chapter of Sigma Kappa Delta, the national English Honor Society for Two-Year Colleges.
The goal of the society is to provide outstanding students with opportunities to become part of a community of scholars and professionals in English. Members of Lambda Epsilon can apply to the national chapter for scholarships, travel to other cities to attend the annual convention, and submit work to two national publications.
You can apply for membership in Lambda Epsilon if you are a Brookdale student who has completed 12 semester hours of college credit with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least one college literature or composition course at the 100-level with a “B” average or better.
To apply, just fill out the English Honor Society Application online.
