Train to become a home performance pro with Building Performance Institute’s (BPI) Building Analyst 1 Certification.

Gain knowledge of the “house-as-a-system” approach to home energy conservation and learn how to skillfully evaluate a house’s interdependent components. Be in demand with BPI Certification so you can expertly demonstrate to homeowners how to increase their comfort and save them money.

In the two-week, 80-hour training program, prepare for BPI’s written and field tests. 

Discover and apply the latest building science technology. Practice with blower door, duct blaster, and air barrier and pressure testing equipment to help resolve HVAC, insulation, air leakage and water/moisture issues.

Learn how to address a comprehensive range of interrelated house construction concerns and be able to provide customers with a plan to achieve more durable, comfortable, safe and energy-efficient homes.
