Mortgage Loan Officer TrainingAcquire the knowledge and skills—and a certificate—in preparation for a job as a mortgage loan officer. A loan officer originates mortgage loans for a mortgage loan company including taking the application and educating potential borrowers in the home financing process. In this 18-hour introductory course, discover how to prepare loan documents including applications, disclosures, title surveys and appraisals. Learn loan application procedures, loan program variations and types of loans. Gain an overall understanding of customer rights and predatory lending statutes.
